The student body of the UdK Berlin has a constitution, which was decided by the student parliament, and some other regulations. These are:
DownloadsThe AStA and the StuPa act on the basis of §§ 18-20 of the Berlin University Law (BerlHG) and in compliance with the state budget regulations and the budgetary guidelines in their current versions. Based on these, the StuPa may enact statutes and regulations that are subject to approval by the President of the UdK Berlin. They will be published in the "Anzeiger" of UdK Berlin.
