Steinplatz as event location

Dear UdKler*innen,

we are happy to inform you that the Steinplatz is available for a temporary 'play'. Whatever you want to do - exhibition, flea market, presentations, flashmobs, open-air cinema, games, picnics, discussions, courses, speakers corner ... there are no limits to the event format. The concept including all formalities (duration, size, material etc.) should only be coordinated with Mr. Olaf Möller (see contact below) - whose event agency coordinates events etc. on Steinplatz on behalf of the district office Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf. In addition, the district office provides money for the organizational framework through the event agency as well as material costs of any permits, electricity and water connections and consumption.

When planning the event, attention should be paid to the neighbours aka volume, the street aka 'there must not be too many guests'.
