Finanz Referat Aufgabengebiete: • Die Erstellung und Überwachung der Haushaltspläne der Studierendenschaft und der Fachschaftsgelder. Es ist Schnittstelle zwischen Studierendenvertretung und dem Haushaltsreferat der UdK-Verwaltung. • Teilnahme an den wöchentlichen AStA-Sitzungen, den monatlichen StuPa-Sitzungen und Gremiensitzungen • Repräsentation des AStA sowie der Studierendenschaft nach außen und innen
Nachhaltigkeit Referat Aufgabengebiete: • Aktives Eintreten für eine nachhaltige UdK gegenüber den Hochschulgremien • Unterstützung der klimapolitischen Initiativen an der UdK • Koordination der AG Klima • Vernetzung mit außeruniversitären Akteur*innen • Teilnahme an den AStA-Sitzungen, den StuPa-Sitzungen und Gremiensitzungen • Repräsentation des AStA sowie der Studierendenschaft nach Außen und Innen
The AStA UdK is hiring two new student representatives! Applications due: 13.04.
The two open departments are: Finance. Sustainability and Climate Justice.
Finance Department Responsibilities: • Write and monitor the budgets of the students, AStA, and Student Councils. Interface with the student representatives and the UdK finance department • Participation in the weekly AStA meetings, the monthly StuPa meetings and in the committees of the UdK • Representation of the AStA and the student body externally and internally
Sustainability Department Responsibilities: • Active advocacy for climate justice and sustainablity to the UdK administration • Support of environment and climate policy initiatives at the UdK • Coordination of the AG Klima • Connect with others beyond the UdK • Participation in the weekly AStA meetings, the monthly StuPa meetings and in the committees of the UdK • Representation of the AStA and the student body externally and internally
