What is the StuPa?
Who?
30 students directly elected by all students. Every vote counts!
What?
Highly political discussions, exchange of ideas, electing ASta A representatives (aka our senators), deciding on funding, statutes, and motions—the StuPa is there for all students!
Why?
Influence on cutback decisions – so that precarious groups do not suffer the most from cost-cutting measures.
How?
Meetings are held once a month, the term of office is one year.

Official Announcement of the Student Parliament (StuPa) Elections 2025
Dear students,
the election committee hereby announces the upcoming election of the Student Parliament (StuPa) at UdK Berlin.
1. Election Period
The election will take place from 12 December 2025 to 15 December 2025 as an online election.
On 12 December, all eligible voters will receive an email containing their personal voting link.
2. Eligibility to Vote and Stand for Election
All students who are enrolled at UdK Berlin and have paid their semester contributions at the time of the election are eligible to vote and be elected.
3. Electoral Register – Inspection & Objection
The electoral register can be inspected from 14 November 2025 to 28 November 2025 at the StudyGuide Office (Einsteinufer 43, 4th floor) upon presentation of a valid photo ID.
Objections to the electoral register must be submitted in writing to the election committee within this period.
4. Election Proposals / Candidacy
Election proposals (candidacies) may be submitted until 28 November 2025, 3:00 PM.
The form “Wahlvorschlag” is attached to this email and may be submitted
- by email to wahlvorstand@asta-udk-berlin.de, or
- in person at the AStA office (Hardenbergstraße 33, Room 9).
5. Publication of Accepted Candidates
All valid election proposals will be published from 28 November 2025 onward on the AStA website and via public notice boards.
