The circular mail of the Plenary Assembly was only sent on 14 November and due to the short notice of the Plenary Assembly, FSR Fine Arts, Common Ground, Interflugs, AStA plead for a postponement of the Plenary Assembly. The General Assembly will now be postponed to a later date. Information will follow.

We, the AStA of the Technical University of Berlin, show solidarity with the students of the Polytechnic University in Hong Kong!
Since this morning at 5:30 a.m. the police broke into the already surrounded campus with massive violence. The police also used live ammunition. So far there have been many brutal arrests. So far, there have been dozens of injured students, including several seriously injured. In addition, doctors* and first-aiders* are not allowed on campus to help the injured. In addition, some of them are under arrest. Currently, many students are still locked up in the university. They have been waiting for more than 24 hours because all exits are blocked by the police - water, food and medical care are scarce. Students who tried to escape were attacked and pushed back with tear gas and rubber bullets. Without a search warrant, Hong Kong police are prohibited by law from entering university campuses. This is a massive attack on the freedom of student self-government.
We demand an immediate end to police violence and the immediate withdrawal of the police!
We show solidarity with the Hong Kong students and call on them to take part in emancipatory solidarity actions!

The student parliament (StuPa) invites to the general assembly of the student body. The topic of this plenary session is Autonomous Student Initiatives (ASV) at the UdK. The StuPa aims to secure the existence and means for these free, long-term groups of students and addresses the student body in order to broaden the discourse on the topic.

The broad presence of us students is essential for the holding of the Plenary Assembly. TOP 5, for example, can only take place if there is a quorum. The plenary assembly has a quorum if at least 5% of the students of the UdK are present.
